Share Your Stories of Leadership in Action

We’ve found that one of the best tools in teaching is the use of story. So we’d like to ask you to help us demonstrate leadership by sharing your stories of leadership in action.

The rules are simple:
  • The leader can be you or someone you’ve observed
  • The leader can be titled or non-titled. If the former please share their title.
  • Tell a story! Don’t just say, “So and so is a great leader even though s/he doesn’t have a formal title.” Rather give an example of their (or your) leadership in action and tell us why you believe this story is worth noting.
    Oh, and if you’re the leader in question, please don’t be shy. You’re not bragging, you’re teaching.
  • Finally, by submitting your story, you agree to allow us to publicize it through this site or our other sites as well as through our electronic newsletters and/or other media as we feel appropriate to spread the word of leadership in action.
